Before testing out autoplay functionality of pre-roll ads, we highly recommend that you test out a single video beforehand and see if autoplay is working correctly on your device. If not, please check the below list for potential solutions.
1) Autoplay on mobile devices, specifically iOS devices is only possible within our paid plans. If you are on our FREE plan, autoplay will not work.
2) Chrome on mobile has a built-in data saver option which prevents any media to autoplay. If you are having issues on mobile Chrome regarding autoplay functionality, make sure that the data saver option is disabled in your Chrome browser settings area.

3) IOS devices have a built-in battery mode called "Low Power Mode". If this feature is enabled on your phone, autoplay of any media on this device will be disabled by the OS. Make sure that this option is disabled for proper autoplay behavior on your iOS device.
